Basic World License is $ 69.95 (one time fee)you only pay this if you wish to host the world yourself or with a 3rd party, otherwise you pay the annual registration fee only in the first year and every year at renewal time.

Registration includes all maintenance updates and upgrades to the server code.

you will be provided with a fixed object path for your world, if you wish to use you own objects, avatars etc... you will need to purchase custom object path access, you will then have ftp access to in order to use you own items. Prices can be found under services - hosting.
