18th May 2004, Problems accessing out systems since 4th of May after accepting a update?

On the 4th of may our software systems vendor over wrote the 3.4 build 498 patch with the 3.5 532 patch they wanted to role out to there own system without telling us.

This caused many people to be prompted to download a update when they logged in to our system.

Once this was installed the browser was of a version that our servers no longer supported and as such time out the users access saying the server has not been available at this time.

After discovering this had happened yesterday we instructed them to correct this back to the correct version. As they have failed to release the same server software to us claiming it is unstable the only option people have is to re install our current browser from the main home page and accept the update which works now.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused anyone trying to access our system since 4th of May and should you wish to comment please email support@spiralmatrix.com and we will gladly pass your comments onto our systems vendor who at this time feel it is not a big issue.
