There is a sign up fee of $39.95 to setup your reseller account (*this is a one off payment and is non refundable).

For security reasons this must be payed from the paypal account you wish to use with your reseller account.

The fee is to prove you have a valid paypal account and to cover the setup of your reseller account and reseller site.
